Legal Intake & Contract Generation System

Full-stack MVP application for real estate purchase workflows: client intake, matter management, document review, and contract generation.

    MVP

    The problem

A law practice needed a structured system for real estate purchase agreements — not a chatbot. The workflow spanned client intake, matter tracking, document review, validation, and contract generation, with data captured consistently from first contact through final documents.

    What I built

    • Client intake flow and matter management for purchase transactions
    • QR-based document capture and structured data entry
    • PDF reading, interpretation, and review within the workflow
    • Validation and checklist steps before contract generation
    • Contract generation from collected matter data
    • Full-stack Next.js application with end-to-end domain logic

    My role

    • Solo full-stack developer: Next.js app, data model, workflows, and PDF handling
    • Built as an MVP with lawyers; focused on complete intake-to-contract flow
    • Designed for professional use in a regulated domain, not a demo prototype

    Status & learnings

Showed that legal operations benefit from structured workflows as much as from AI assistants. The MVP validated intake-to-generation flow with lawyers; it is not in production, but the system covers the full transaction path including QR-based capture.
